News from the shelter and sanctuary
Sneha's Care not only helps street dogs, but also abandoned farm animals such as cows, which often wander the busy roads of the Kathmandu Valley in search of food.
Male calves unsuitable for milk production are often abandoned by their owners because slaughter is illegal in Nepal. The Nepalese government does not yet have a conservation programme for these animals. Sneha's Care would like to change this and has therefore contacted the relevant government departments to draw up regulations for the protection of calves, but also for "farm animals" in general.
Many of these homeless farm animals find help and a new home at Sneha's Sanctuary
Your donation will also support Sneha's Sanctuary and the campaign work.
