ich bin David und wurde im M\u00e4rz 2026 nach einem Hit-and-Run-Unfall aus Shovahity gerettet. Ich bereits etwa acht Jahre alt. Bei dem Unfall wurde mein rechtes Vorderbein verletzt und schwoll stark an. Zum Gl\u00fcck brachte man mich rechtzeitig zu Sneha\u2019s Care.<\/p>\n
Hier bekam ich sofort Schmerzmittel, Infusionen und die medizinische Versorgung, die ich so dringend brauchte. Mit viel Ruhe und F\u00fcrsorge durfte ich mich von meinen Verletzungen erholen.<\/p>\n
Heute gehe ich das Leben ganz gem\u00fctlich an. Ich lasse mich nur selten aus der Ruhe bringen \u2013 au\u00dfer vielleicht, wenn es Futter gibt. \ud83d\ude09 Dann zeige ich schon mal, dass ich trotz meines Alters noch ganz genau wei\u00df, was ich m\u00f6chte.<\/p>\n
Ich verstehe mich sehr gut mit Menschen und auch mit den meisten anderen Hunden, solange sie freundlich zu mir sind. Am liebsten genie\u00dfe ich einfach die ruhigen Seiten des Lebens.<\/p>\n
In Nepal finden \u00e4ltere Hunde wie ich nur sehr selten ein neues Zuhause. Die meisten Menschen nehmen sich einen jungen, gesunden Hund direkt von der Stra\u00dfe. Deshalb sind Patenschaften f\u00fcr Hunde wie mich unglaublich wichtig. Sie erm\u00f6glichen uns ein sicheres Zuhause, medizinische Versorgung und jeden Tag einen vollen Napf.<\/p>\n
Ich freue mich sehr, dass ich dank meiner Patin Brit im Shelter bleiben darf. Daf\u00fcr bin ich von Herzen dankbar. \ud83d\udc9b\ud83d\udc3e<\/p>\n

My name is David, and I was rescued in March 2026 after being the victim of a hit-and-run accident in Shovahity. I was already around eight years old when the accident happened. My right front leg was badly injured and swollen, but thankfully I was brought to Sneha\u2019s Care in time.<\/p>\n
At the shelter, I immediately received pain medication, fluid therapy, and all the medical care I needed. With lots of love, patience, and rest, I was able to recover from my injuries.<\/p>\n
These days, I prefer to take life at a slower pace. It takes a lot to disturb my peace\u2014except when it\u2019s feeding time. \ud83d\ude09 Then I can definitely show everyone that, despite my age, I still know exactly what I want!<\/p>\n
I get along very well with people and with most other dogs, as long as they are kind to me. My favorite thing is simply enjoying the quiet moments of life.<\/p>\n
Older dogs like me rarely find a home in Nepal. Most people choose young, healthy dogs directly from the streets instead of adopting from a shelter. That is why sponsorships are so important. They give dogs like me a safe home, medical care, and a full bowl every day.<\/p>\n
