Vom Tag meiner Geburt an musste ich k\u00e4mpfen. Darum, einen sicheren Platz zu finden, wo ich schlafen konnte. Darum, wenigstens ein wenig Futter zu finden, das mich durch die Woche brachte. Darum, zu \u00fcberleben. <\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Als ich \u00e4lter wurde, wurde der Kampf nur noch schwerer. Die ganze Region suchte ich nach Futter ab. Aber die Menschen jagten mich weg, schlugen mich, \u00fcbergossen mich mit Wasser, um mich zu verscheuchen. Mitten im k\u00e4ltesten Winter wurde ich von einem durch das Dorf rasende Auto so heftig erfasst, dass eines meiner Vorderbeine nur noch an einer Sehne hing. Ich humpelte mit letzter Kraft und voller Schmerzen unter einen Busch, erf\u00fcllt von Angst, erneut von Menschen verletzt und geschlagen zu werden. <\/span><\/p>\n

Dort fand mich im Mai 2018 Sneha\u2018s Team. Sie nahmen mich mit und mein Bein musste amputiert werden. Es war lebensgef\u00e4hrlich infiziert und von Maden durchl\u00f6chert. Der Tierarzt sch\u00e4tzte, dass ich wohl ungef\u00e4hr seit 1,5 Monaten so herumgelaufen war. Ein Wunder, dass ich dies \u00fcberlebt hatte! <\/span><\/p>\n

Bei Sneha’s Care wurde ich behandelt und es ging mir wieder besser. Aber ich will noch sehr viel allein sein. Halte mich lieber im hinteren Teil des Tierheims auf, brauche viel Ruhe und Abstand zu den anderen Hunden und auch Menschen. <\/span><\/p>\n

Sneha\u2019s Care Deutschland durfte meinen Namen aussuchen. Sie tauften mich Nunca. Nunca hei\u00dft niemals. Der, der niemals aufgibt. <\/span><\/p>\n

I had to fight from the day I was born. About finding a safe place to sleep. About finding at least some food that got me through the week. To survive. <\/span><\/p>\n

As I got older, the fight only got more difficult. I searched the whole region for food. But people chased me away, hit me, poured water on me to scare me away. In the middle of the coldest winter I was hit so violently by a car racing through the village that one of my front legs was only attached to a tendon. I hobbled under a bush with my last strength and in pain, terrified of being hurt and beaten again by people. <\/span><\/p>\n

There Sneha’s team found me in May 2018. They took me and my leg had to be amputated. It was critically infected and perforated by maggots. The vet estimated that I had been walking around like this for about 1.5 months. It’s a miracle that I survived! <\/span><\/p>\n

I was treated at Sneha’s Care and I felt better. But I still want to be alone a lot. Like to stay in the back of the shelter, need a lot of rest and distance from the other dogs and people. <\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Sneha\u2019s Care Germany was allowed to choose my name. They named me Nunca. Nunca means never. The one that never gives up. <\/span><\/p>\n
